What is your refund or exchange policy?

We will accept an order return if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturers defects. The items we sell are chemicals and peptides and as such could degrade if incorrectly handled. As a consequence we are unable to resell products once they have left our warehouse.

There are certain extenuating circumstances where we will accept returns of unopened research chemicals on a case-by-case basis. The return must be within 15 days of the time of the purchase. Please Submit a Ticket in our Help Center to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Peptides on the other hand, due to their fragile nature and us not being able to monitor how they’ve been handled when they were out of our care, could possibly degrade. We prefer not to accept returns of peptides due to this fact, however at our full discretion we will listen to reasonable cases or circumstances and work with the customer on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue.

If a refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items. Upon our receipt of the returned order please allow 1-2 weeks for any refund to process.
