We suggest contacting your local post office or carrier and providing them with the tracking number as they may be able to provide you with additional information regarding the delivery of your package.
Should your local postal service be unable to assist you, please Submit a Ticket in the Help Center. At this point we will have to file a lost package claim with USPS. In order to file a claim, we will need a signed note from you stating you did not receive your package. USPS does not consider domestic packages lost until 21 business days and international packages until 45 business days after the estimated date of delivery.
Once a claim is filed it can take up to 60 business days for them to come to a resolution. If you do not receive the package by the end of the 60 days or USPS decides to deny the claim, we will work with you as best we can to resolve the issue.
