For larger domestic orders, as well as international orders, we will in most cases require a signature to ensure delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, you will have several options with the carrier to indirectly sign for the package, schedule re-delivery or to pick the package up at the local post office or carrier.
Express/Air shipments and orders sent to an alternate shipping address may also require a signature to ensure delivery. For UPS shipments, UPS MyChoice customers will have an option to pre-sign for delivery or arrange other delivery options. Visit UPS.com for additional information.
